Preacher, a high profile comic book adaptation that was formative to Ivan’s view of people as meat bags, is a show that improves on the comic book?in its adaptation of women and hairstyles?and vastly disappoints. Per the will of our bannermen and our patrons, we’ve decided to cover these books in an interleaved order organized by Sean T. Collins. The first two chapters in this new order are both of the prologues, first ADwD and then AFfC, and so that’s what we discuss in this episode.

With Season 6 of Game of Thrones in the bag, Ivan and Red return to their chapter by chapter book club.
